中华优秀传统饮食文化是中华文化的重要组成部分,中华传统饮食文化中蕴含的民族内涵对幼儿民族精神的培养具有重大意义。在当前的饮食文化教育中,存在一些问题,主要包括家长教育素养薄弱、教师饮食文化知识储备不足、园所力量不足及社区文化氛围淡薄等。因此,需要在向幼儿渗透优秀传统饮食文化知识、提高教师文化素养、开发园本饮食文化课程、加强饮食文化基础设施建设等几个方面加强实践,让幼儿在中华优秀传统饮食文化启蒙教育中热爱民族饮食,提升幼儿对中华优秀饮食文化的认同感和民族自豪感,传承中华优秀传统文化。

Chinese excellent traditional diet culture is an important part of Chinese culture.The national connotation contained in Chinese traditional diet culture is of great significance to the cultivation of children’s national spirit.In the current diet culture education,there are some main problems,including the weak education quality of parents,teachers diet culture knowledge reserve is insufficient,the park power is insufficient and the community cultural atmosphere is weak.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the practice in several aspects,such as infiltrating excellent traditional diet culture knowledge to children,improving teachers’cultural literacy,developing kindergarten-based diet culture courses,and strengthening the construction of diet culture infrastructure.Let children love the national diet in the enlightenment education of the excellent Chinese traditional diet culture,improve children’s sense of identity and national pride in the excellent Chinese diet culture,and inherit the excellent Chinese traditional culture.
