The impact of Mother’s rearing styles on higher vocational students’ job-choosing adaptation:the mediating effect of Self-identity

论文采用问卷调查法对352名高职生进行测评,并使用SPSS22.0和AMOS22.0分析数据,探讨当前高职生择业适应现状及其与母亲教养方式、自我同一性间的关系。高职生的择业适应主要受外部环境和自身条件两方面因素的影响。外在因素中除受学校教育的影响较大外,家庭因素往往作为一个重要变量加以考虑,其中,母亲的教养方式对个体的适应发展至关重要。

This study aims to explore the mediating effect of higher vocational students’self-identity in the effect of mother’s rearing patterns on job-choosing adaptation.Methods:352 higher vocational college participate in questionnaire survey,use SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 analyze the data.Vocational adaptation of higher vocational students is mainly influenced by external environment and their own conditions.Among the extenal factors apart from being greatly influenced by school education,family factors are often considered as an important variable.Among them,mother’s upbringing style is crucial to individual adaption.
