乌芍止痒颗粒提取工艺、浓缩工艺及干燥工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:优选中药复方制剂乌芍止痒颗粒的提取工艺、浓缩工艺、干燥工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以二苯乙烯苷、梣桐的含量以及干膏得率作为评价指标,考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数4个因素,并结合综合评分的方法优选出乌芍止痒颗粒的提取工艺。以二苯乙烯苷、梣桐的含量作为评价指标,对常用的浓缩方法、干燥方法进行比较,优选出乌芍止痒颗粒的浓缩工艺、干燥工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加12倍量60%的乙醇,回流提取3次,每次1h;最佳浓缩工艺为减压浓缩(温度60℃,真空度0.08~0.09MPa);最佳干燥工艺为减压干燥(温度60℃,真空度0.08~0.09MPa)。结论:优选出的乌芍止痒颗粒的提取工艺、浓缩工艺、干燥工艺稳定可行、科学合理,可用于工业化大生产。 Objective: To optimize the extraction technology, concentration technology and drying technology of Wuyao Zhiyang Granules. Method: The orthogonal test was used. Stilbene glucoside content, fraxinellone content and dry extract yield were used as indexes to optimize ethanol concentration, ethanol volume, extraction time and times. And comprehensive evaluation was used to optimize the extraction process of Wuyao Zhiyang Granules. The contents of stilbene glucoside and fraxinellone were used as indexes for optimizing the concentration technology and drying technology of Wuyao Zhiyang Granules. Result: The optimal ethanol extraction technology was adding 12 times of 60% ethanol for 3 times and extracting for 1h each time. The optimal concentration technology and drying technology was vacuum concentration and vacuum drying with temperature of 60℃ and vacuum of 0.08~0.09 MPa. Conclusion: The optimized extraction technology, concentration technology and drying technology are stable, feasible, scientific, reasonable and suitable for production.
