摘要
目的:优化疏经防痛胶囊的提取工艺。方法:应用正交试验法考察加水量、提取时间和提取次数对疏经防痛胶囊提取工艺的影响,通过测定芍药苷、阿魏酸的含量和干膏收率,用综合加权法对提取工艺进行评价。结果:优选的提取工艺为15倍量水,提取3次,每次60min。结论:该方法可作为疏经防痛胶囊的提取工艺。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process for Shujing Fangtong capsule. Method: Orthogonal design was used to investigate the effects of water volume, extracting times and extracting time on Shujing Fangtong capsule extraction process. The content of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid, and yield of dry extract were determined. The synthetic weighted mark method was used to evaluate the extraction process. Result: The optimum process was optimized as following: adding 15 times of water and extracting for 3 times with 60 min each time. Conclusion: This method can be used as the extraction process for Shujing Fangtong capsule.
