The DNA identification of Tianma in Quantianma capsules

目的:通过DNA技术,检测全天麻胶囊中天麻药材是否掺伪。方法:提取全天麻胶囊和天麻对照药材的DNA,采用PCR技术对目的基因进行扩增,通过琼脂糖凝胶电泳和琼脂糖凝胶成像系统检测和照相。结果:成功在某品牌的全天麻胶囊中检测出其采用天麻伪品马铃薯进行掺伪。结论:该方法特异性强、操作简单、准确性高,适用于全天麻胶囊的掺伪检测。

Objective: To find out whether there was Tianma adulteration existed in Quantianma capsules by DNA technology for the first time. Method: DNA of Quantianma capsules and Tianma control herbs were extracted, and amplified by PCR technology. And then, they were analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis and taken picture under agarose gel imaging system. Result: The method was successfully applied to detect Tianma adulteration of potato in Quantianma capsules of one brand. Conclusion: This method is accurate, specific and easy to operate. It can be used for the adulteration detection of Tianma in Quantianma capsules.
