摘要
目的:研究川牛膝种子成熟度与发芽率、生活力之间的关系。方法:观察不同成熟程度川牛膝果实及种子的外观形态,并在室温光照条件下进行发芽率实验及生活力测定实验,记录川牛膝种子的发芽率、发芽势及生活力。结果:不同成熟度川牛膝种子在外观形态方面存在明显差异,成熟的川牛膝种子的发芽率及生活力平均值分别为88.93%和94.40%,明显高于未完全成熟的川牛膝种子。结论:本实验首次研究了川牛膝种子不同成熟度与发芽率、生活力之间的关系,通过探索成熟度对川牛膝种子质量的影响,为后续保存川牛膝优良种质提供理论依据。
Objective: To study the connection among the maturity, the germination rate and the viability of Cyathula officinalis Kuan seed. Method: The appearance shape of different maturity Cyathula officinalis Kuan fruit and seeds were observed. The germination and viability measurement experiments were carried out at room temperature and under light. The maturity, germination rate and the viability of Cyathula officinalis Kuan seed were recorded. Result: Obvious difference was found in appearance of the different maturity Cyathula officinalis Kuan seeds. The average germination rate and viability of mature seed were 88.93% and 94.40% respectively which were significantly higher than that of the immature seeds. Conclusion: The connection among the maturity, the germination rate and the viability of Cyathula officinalis Kuan seed are investigated for the first time by exploring the influence of maturity on the quality of Cyathula officinalis Kuan seed, as to provide theoretical basis for preserving Cyathula officinalis excellent germplasm.
