摘要
目的:通过研究鼻炎通窍喷雾剂对变应性鼻炎(Allergic rhinitis,AR)模型豚鼠血清中白细胞介素4(Interleukin-4,IL-4)含量和鼻黏膜组织中Bax蛋白表达的影响,探讨鼻炎通窍喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的作用机制。方法:用10%甲苯-2,4二异氰酸酯(10%toluene-2,4-diisocyanate,TDI)橄榄油溶液建立豚鼠变应性鼻炎模型;用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)定量测定各组豚鼠血清中IL-4的含量,免疫组化法测定鼻黏膜组织中Bax蛋白的表达。结果:实验组豚鼠血清的IL-4表达水平显著低于模型对照组(p<0.01);实验组豚鼠鼻黏膜中Bax蛋白的表达水平显著高于模型对照组(P<0.01)。结论:鼻炎通窍喷雾剂对变应性鼻炎的作用机制与调节免疫功能、促进炎细胞凋亡有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of the Biyan Tongqiao spray on the content of IL-4 in blood serum and expression of Bax in nasal mucosa of guinea pig model with allergic rhinitis(AR) and explore the mechanism of Biyan Tongqiao spray in treating AR. Method: Guinea pig model with AR was established by using 10% toluene-2,4-diisocyanate olive oil solution. The content of IL-4 in blood serum was detected by ELISA method and expression of Bax in nasal mucosa was detected by immunohistochemical method. Result: The level of IL-4 in blood serum was markedly lower in the experimental group than in the model group(P<0.01). The level of Bax protein in nasal mucosa was markedly higher in the experimental group than in the model group(P<0.01). Conclusion: The mechanisms of Biyan Tongqiao spray in treating AR may be related to its effects of modulating immune function and promoting the apoptosis of inflammatory cell.
