摘要
延胡索为罂粟科植物Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang的干燥根茎,主要有效部位为生物碱类,本文对延胡索总生物碱在提取、纯化、含量测定、药理学现代研究方面进行综述,以期为延胡索总生物碱类有效部位的继续研究提供一定的参考。
Yanhusuo is the dried roots of poppy plants Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang, and the effective part is total alkaloids. The article summarized the research of extraction, purification, content determination, modern pharmacology research of Corydalis Rhizoma total alkaloids in order to provide the reference for continue research of effective part of the rhizoma Corydalis total alkaloids.
