胆南星炮制及质量标准研究进展与思考

Progress and thinking of processing and quality standards of Dannanxing

胆南星主要由两类方法炮制而成,炮制后均能达到减毒增效的作用,现行炮制工艺也愈加高效。但目前,现有研究难以解释胆南星炮制机理,同时由于胆南星炮制涉及不同方法、不同胆汁类型,其工艺参数难以统一,相关质量标准也不够完善。因此,为了解决上述问题,亟需相关系统性研究。通过查阅文献,综述了近年来胆南星的炮制工艺、药理药效、质量标准等方面的研究进展,并对目前存在的问题进行了总结与思考,为进一步研究提供参考。

Dannanxing is mainly processed by the two methods to decrease toxicity and increase effi cacy. Now the processing technology has become more effi cient. But, it is hard to elucidate the processing mechanism of Dannanxing with existing research. It's difficult to unify the processing parameters of Dannanxing because it involves various methods and bile species. And the quality standards are also insuffi cient. Therefore, in order to solve the above problem, a systematic study is needed. Referring to related literature, the recent progress of processing technology, pharmacology, quality standards and other aspects of Dannanxing are summarized to analyze the current problems and to provide a reference for further study.
