肤立乐颗粒水提部分制备工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:优选中药复方制剂肤立乐颗粒水提部分的提取、浓缩、干燥等制备工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以芍药苷、延胡索乙素的含量以及干膏得率作为评价指标,考察溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数3个因素,并结合综合评分的方法优选出肤立乐颗粒的水提工艺。以芍药苷、延胡索乙素的含量作为评价指标,对常用的浓缩方法进行比较,优选出肤立乐颗粒的浓缩工艺。对减压干燥后的中间体中芍药苷、延胡索乙素的含量进行测定,判断干燥方法的适用性。结果:最佳水提工艺为加10倍量水,回流提取3次,每次1h;最佳浓缩工艺为常压浓缩;最佳干燥工艺为减压干燥(温度60℃,真空度0.08~0.09MPa)。结论:优选出的肤立乐颗粒的水提、浓缩、干燥等制备工艺稳定可行、科学合理,可用于工业化大生产。 Objective: To optimize the extraction technology, concentration technology and drying technology of water extraction part of Fulile Granules. Method: The extraction process of Fulile granules was optimized with orthogonal test and comprehensive evaluation. The content of paeoniflorin and tetrahydropalmatine, and the dried decocting rates were used as index components for optimizing the effect of solvent amount, extraction time and times. The content of paeoniflorin and tetrahydropalmatine was used as index components for optimizing the concentration technology of Fulile Granules. The content of paeonifl orin and tetrahydropalmatine were determined for judging the applicability of drying technology. Result: The optimal ethanol extraction technology was adding 10 times of water for 3 times and extracting for 1h each time. The optimal concentration technology and drying technology was atmospheric concentration and vacuum drying whose temperature was 60℃ and vacuum was 0.08~0.09 MPa. Conclusion: The optimized extraction technology, concentration technology and drying technology are stable, feasible, scientifi c, reasonable and suitable for production.
