藏药旺拉多糖对免疫抑制小鼠免疫活性的调节 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察藏药旺拉多糖(GP3)对免疫功能低下小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法:采用地塞米松(Dex)建立免疫抑制小鼠动物模型,实验动物分为5组:空白组、模型组、GP3高(200 mg.kg-1)、中(100 mg.kg-1)、低(50 mg.kg-1)剂量组。GP3口服给药。利用称重测定胸腺和脾脏,并计算小鼠胸腺指数和脾脏指数,鸡红细胞法测定腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,并计算吞噬指数和吞噬百分率。结果:GP3中、高剂量组,可显著增加经地塞米松免疫抑制后小鼠的胸腺和脾脏的重量,提高脏器指数,且明显增强免疫抑制小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬百分率,并使吞噬指数提高。结论:GP3可以增强地塞米松免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能。 Objective: To investigate immune modulation of Wangla polysaccharide(GP3) on immunosuppressed mice induced by dexamethasone(Dex). Method: Immunosuppressed mice model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of Dex. Mice were divided into fi ve groups: blank control group, model group, GP3 high-dose(200 mg.kg-1), middle-dose(100 mg.kg-1) and low-dose(50 mg.kg-1) groups. GP3 was orally administered. Thymus and spleen index were determined by weight method. Celiac macrophage phagocytic index and phagocytic rate were determined by chicken red blood cell(CRBC) assay. Result: After 7 days administration, compared with model group, GP3 could signifi cantly increase thymus indices and spleen indices, as well as celiac macrophage phagocytic index and phagocytic rate in both middle and high dose. Conclusion: GP3, as a natural polysaccharide increases immune regulation activity by acting against immunosuppression induced by Dex.
