60例OLP证候类型分析

The clinical study on Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome of oral lichen planus

目的:通过对OLP患者症状体征等进行调查研究,了解OLP患者的中医证候类型分布。方法:采集60例OLP的一般情况、病程、局部症状、全身症状及体征,将上述情况进行综合分析。结果:人口学特征分布及证候类型分布呈一定的规律性。结论:60例口腔扁平苔藓患者证候类型以阴虚火旺、肝气郁结、血虚风燥、气血两虚、心火上炎、脾胃湿热、肝经实火、气滞血瘀为主,且分布以此顺序排列。

Objective: To explore the distribution regularity of TCM Syndrome of oral lichen planus according to clinical survey. Method: The clinical data of 60 patients with oral lichen planus were synthetically analyzed, including general condition, course of disease, local symptoms, systemic symptoms and physical sign. Result: Regularity can be found in the distribution of demographic characteristics and TCM syndrome type. Conclusion: The main syndromes of 60 cases of oral lichen planus include fi re excess from Yin defi ciency, stagnation of liver-Qi, blood defi ciency and dryness wind, defi ciency of Qi and blood, heart fi re fl aming upward, spleen-stomach dampness-heat, excess fi re of liver meridian, and Qi stagnation and blood stasis. The distribution of syndromes are listed in above order.
