基于系统论的视角浅谈中药复方对机体发挥效能的作用机制

中药复方与机体之间的作用是由机体内部特有的运行规则与中药复方有机组成的一个开放的系统。一张中药复方对机体的作用由药品自身功效、药物间配伍规律、复方煎服方法、机体状态等各种系统决定组成,具有系统共有的组成性、相关性、整体性、目的性等特征。中药复方与机体内部的运行机制相互联系、相互作用,通过这两者之间的配合来达到治疗疾病的目的。本文尝试借助系统论的视角来探究中药复方对机体发挥效能的作用机制,以便更好地认识两者之间的联系,开拓中医思维。

The action of Traditional Chinese medicine compound on body is an open system consists of unique internal operating rules and Chinese herbal compound composition. The effect of Chinese herbal compound on body is influenced by drug's efficacy, compatibility, decoction method, body state and other factors. It has the common characteristics of system including basic characteristic, correlation, wholeness, and purpose etc. Traditional Chinese medicine and internal operation mechanism is mutual connected and mutual interacted. It is through the cooperation between the two factors to achieve the purpose of treating disease. This paper tries to explore the action mechanism of Chinese medicine compound on the body using the system theory for better understanding of the relationship between Chinese medicine compound and the body, and to develop Chinese medicine thinking.
