摘要
豆科植物野葛的块状根有较高的药用价值,近现代研究表明葛根提取物中含有葛根素、大豆苷元、葛根皂苷、葛香豆雌酚以及甘露醇、5-甲基海因等活性成分,具有β-肾上腺素受体阻断、调节血管舒张收缩、缓解风寒感冒症状及解酒护肝等药理作用,临床应用广泛。本文就葛根提取物的化学成分及其临床应用进展作一综述。
The tuberous root of leguminous plant Gegen has high medicinal value. Modern research shows that Gegen extract containing Puerarin, Daidzein, Kudzu root saponin, Puerarol,Mannitol, and 5- methyl hydantoin etc. which have pharmacological effects of blocking beta adrenergic, regulating vascular diastolic and systolic, relieving cold symptoms and protecting liver etc. and are widely used in clinic. This article reviewes the chemical composition and clinical application of extracts from Gegen.
