细胞培养技术在中药炮制研究中的应用

Application of cell culture in the study of process of traditional Chinese Medicine Study

随着细胞培养技术的不断进步和完善,其应用领域也在不断的扩大。近年来,细胞培养技术在中药炮制研究中已得到广泛应用,如不同炮制品之间的药效作用比较、炮制减毒作用的研究及炮制原理的分子机制探讨等。本文就细胞培养技术在中药炮制研究中的应用进行综述,并对目前研究中出现的问题进行分析,为细胞培养技术在中药炮制研究中的深入应用提供参考。

The application fi elds are expanding with the constant progress of cell culture technology. In recent years, cell culture technology has been widely used in the study of processing of Traditional Chinese Medicine. For example, it can be used in the comparison of effects among different processed products, toxicity attenuation research after processing, and investigation of molecular mechanism of processing theory and so on. The application of cell culture in the study of processing is reviewed and the problems in the present study are analyzed in this paper to provide reference for the further application of cell culture in the study of processing.
