黏膜免疫系统研究进展

The research progress of mucosal immune system

黏膜免疫系统(Mucosal immune system,MIS)是指广泛分布于呼吸道、胃肠道、泌尿生殖道黏膜下及一些外分泌腺体(唾液腺、泪腺、乳腺)处的淋巴组织,是执行局部特异性免疫功能的主要场所。该系统在体内覆盖范围很广。是机体整个免疫网络的重要组成部分,并且又是具有独特结构和功能的独立免疫体系,它在抵抗感染方面起着极其重要的作用,黏膜表面与外界抗原(比如食物、共生菌、有害病原体等)直接接触,是机体抵抗感染的第一道防线[1]。本文简述了黏膜免疫系统的结构及功能,就黏膜免疫的体液、细胞调节的研究进展做一综述。

The mucosal immune system(MIS) refers to the widely distributed lymphoid tissues in the respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, urogenital tract mucosa and other exocrine gland(salivary glands, lacrimal gland, mammary gland), which mainly plays local specifi c immune function. The system has a wide range of coverage, and is an important part of the whole immune system. It has a unique structure and function of immune system. It plays an important role in resisting infection as the fi rst line of defense against infection. In this paper, the structure and function of the mucosal immune system is described, and the research progress of the humoral and cellular regulation of mucosal immunity is reviewed.
