摘要
山楂叶总黄酮为山楂叶的主要活性物质群,国内外研究发现其药理作用集中于心脑血管方向,其作用机制主要为抗氧化应激损伤,保护细胞线粒体功能等。本文采用Ang II致心肌细胞肥大模型,研究山楂叶总黄酮对肥大心肌细胞线粒体功能的影响,以期为山楂叶总黄酮治疗心衰的线粒体保护途径提供研究思路。
The flavonoids are the main active substance groups of Hawthorn leaves.Recent study showed that the pharmacological research of Hawthorn leaves flavonoids are focused on heart and cerebral vessels.Main mechanism involved are anti-oxidative stress damage and protection of the function of mitochondria of cells.Ang II-induced cardiomyocyte hypertrophy model are used to study the effect of Hawthorn leaves flavonoids on the mitochondrial function of hypertrophic cardiomyocytes,and to provide research ideas for the mitochondrial protection of Hawthorn leaves flavonoids in treatment of heart failure.
