摘要
总结国内外有关延龄草属植物的报道,发现目前对延龄草(Trillium tschonoskii Maxim.)、吉林延龄草(Trillium camschatcense Ker Gawl.)、直立延龄草(Trillium erectum L.)3个种进行了化学成分报道,主要是甾体皂苷类化合物。此类成分活性明确、结构多样、含量丰富,具有很好的研究价值和应用前景。本文对延龄草属甾体皂苷类的结构特征和生物活性进行综述,以期为该类成分的开发利用提供依据,为临床用药提供理论基础,使延龄草属植物的研究更有意义。
According to the previous reports on the genus Trillium,chemical reports can only be found in three species including T.tschonoskii Maxim.,T.camschatcense Ker Gawl.,and T.erectum L.The main reported components are steroidal saponins with enormous structural diversity of high content,which exhibit good activity.Thus,these secondary metabolites in Trillium have excellent research value and broad applications.In this review,the advances in the structure characteristics and notable bioactivities of steroidal saponins in Trillium are reviewed to provide basis for development and utilization of these components and clinical medication of the traditional Chinese medicine.
