摘要
表皮葡萄球菌已成为目前生物材料相关感染的重要病原体,生物膜形成是其主要致病及耐药因素。生物膜的形成主要有3个阶段:黏附、聚集、成熟,每个阶段都由不同的因子进行调控,且机制复杂。由于生物膜的产生导致表皮葡萄球菌对多种抗生素产生耐药,因此,中药抑制表皮葡萄球菌生物膜的相关研究逐年增多。本文就近年来表皮葡萄球菌生物膜形成基因调控及中药抑制其作用的相关研究进展作一综述。
Staphylococcus epidermidis has become an important pathogen in the current biological material related infections.Biofilm turns into the main pathogenic factor,which enables the bacteria to resist multiple antibiotics.There are three phases of the biofilm formation: attachment of bacteria,accumulation and multiplication of bacteria,and maturation of biofilm.Every phase is regulated by many factors with complicated mechanism.Resistant to multiple antibiotics of staphylococcus epidermidis is caused by biofilm production.Therefore,the interests in studying traditional Chinese herbs suppressing and destructing the biofilm are increasing.The gene regulation of biofilm formation and inhibition of some herbs on staphylococcus epidermidisbiofilm formation are reviewed in the paper.
