基于栽培管理条件分析桔梗根分叉的原因

Analysis of the reason of root branching for Jiegeng based on the cultivation and management conditions

桔梗是一种药食两用的大宗中药材,在其栽培过程中经常出现根分叉的现象,不仅导致其性状质量严重下降,而且严重影响经济价值和商品价值。为解决这一问题,提高桔梗的药材品质,从栽培土壤、田间管理、种质特性等方面分析了根分叉的主要原因;栽培土壤、苗头数量等是影响根分叉的关键因素。在桔梗栽培过程中应该科学选地,保证种苗质量,严把每一个环节,以减少其叉根的形成,有利于提高药材质量,增加其经济价值。

Jiegeng is a kind of bulk medicinal materials and edible Chinese herb. However,the root branching is often observed in the process of cultivation which not only significantly decreases medicinal quality and properties,but also seriously affects its economical and commercial value. In order to resolve the problem and improve the medicinal quality of Jiegeng,we analyzed the main reason of its root branching from soil cultivation,field management,seed characteristics and so on. And it is found that soil and the number of shoots are the key factors which affect the branching of root. During the process of Jiegeng cultivation,selecting soil scientifically,ensuring the quality of seeding and strictly control every link can reduce the formation of root branching,improve the quality of medicine and increase its economical value.
