摘要 建曲是中药发酵炮制的代表,应用历史悠久,临床使用广泛,但其质量标准过于简单。本研究通过实验分别考察了建曲的显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别、浸出物、灰分、黄曲霉毒素质量因素,建立了建曲5个显微特征、2个薄层色谱特征、浸出物、灰分等5项指标的考察方法和标准,提升了建曲的质量标准。但建曲的关键质量环节仍缺乏相应的标准规定,因此需要依托现代技术不断改进。 Jianqu is a representative of traditional Chinese medicine which undergoes a fermentation process. Jianqu has a long history and is still widely used nowadays. But the quality standard of Jianqu is too simple to assure the quality. In this study,the microscopic identification,TLC identification,extract,ash content,and aflatoxin in Jianqu were investigated. Finally,the inspection methods and standards including five microscopic characteristics,two TLC identifications,content of extract and ash content were established. The quality standard was improved. However,the key quality steps still lack according standard. The quality standards of Jianqu should be improved constantly and updated through modern technology and experiment research.
