痰热清注射液治疗慢性呼吸系统疾病急性发作临床研究进展

The advances in clinical researches on the treatment effect of Tanreqing Injection on acute exacerbation of chronic respiratory disease

慢性呼吸系统疾病是一种反复发作、难以根治的呼吸系统疾病,急性发作患者常伴有剧烈咳嗽、呼吸困难等症状,严重时可引发急性呼吸衰竭,导致患者死亡。大量临床文献报道痰热清注射液治疗慢性呼吸系统疾病急性发作具有良好疗效。本文对痰热清注射液治疗支气管哮喘、慢性支气管炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)三类疾病急性发作的研究进展做一简单综述,为该产品在慢性呼吸系统疾病急性发作临床应用的进一步推广提供参考。

Chronic respiratory disease is a kind of disease characterized by recurrence,and is hard to cure. Acute exacerbation of the disease has the syndromes of violent cough and hard breath etc. Sometimes,it even causes acute respiratory failure which lead to the deaths of patients. Numerous of clinical literature show that Tanreqing has significantly effect on the acute exacerbation of chronic respiratory diseases. This article researches clinical literature about the treatment effect of Tanreqing Injection on bronchial asthma,chronic bronchitis,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and makes a brief review to provide the basis for further clinical application of Tanreqing in treating acute exacerbation of chronic respiratory disease.
