对1例伴有心脏疾病的老年结肠癌患者使用氟尿嘧啶类药物的风险评估
摘要
目的分析1例伴有冠心病和室性心律失常的老年乙状结肠癌患者使用氟尿嘧啶类药物的风险。方法临床药师对该患者化疗方案提出药学干预建议,协助临床医师制定合理的化疗方案。结果药师干预有效,最终未发生氟尿嘧啶类药物所致的心脏毒性。结论临床药师在抗肿瘤药物治疗过程中发挥作用,可以保证患者用药合理、安全和有效。
