我院住院患者抗菌药物临床应用的横断面调查分析

Cross-sectional survey of clinical application of antibacterial agents for inpatients in our hospital

目的了解我院住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况,分析目前存在的问题,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,对我院2014年5月28日0:00-24:00时所有住院患者进行抗菌药物使用调查。结果 676例住院患者中,抗菌药物横断面使用率为45.41%,其中治疗用药占71.34%,预防用药占28.66%;抗菌药物单用、二联使用率分别为92.83%和7.17%;全院各科室中,以儿科的抗菌药物使用率最高,为97.73%;全院治疗用药病原学送检率为73.52%;使用的抗菌药物涉及9大类共23个品种,其中应用最多的是头孢菌素类抗生素(34.44%),使用率排在前5位的抗菌药物依次为头孢唑肟、头孢米诺、哌拉西林舒巴坦、头孢硫眯、阿莫西林克拉维酸等。结论我院住院患者抗菌药物的使用仍然存在一些不合理问题,需要进一步加强抗菌药物的合理使用管理。

AIM To investigate the utilization of antibacterial agents in inpatients in our hospital,and analyze existing problems,so as to provide references for the rational use of antibacterial agents.METHODS Cross-sectional survey was conducted to investigate the application of antimicrobial agents in inpatients during 0:00 to 24:00 on May 28,2014.RESULTS In totally 676 inpatients,the application rate of antibacterial agents was 45.41%,among which71.34%used for treatment and 28.66%used for prophylaxis;the application rates of single drug use,two-drug use were 92.83%and 7.17%,respectively.The application rate in pediatrics department was the highest(97.73%) in all departments of the hospital.Delivery rate of etiological specimens for therapeutic medication was 73.52%.The antibacterial agents were involved in 9 major categories of 23 varieties,cephalosporins were used at most(34.44%).The top 5antibacterial agents of the application rates were ceftizoxime,cefminox,piperacillin sulbactam,cefathiamdine,amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium.CONCLUSION The utilization of antibacterial agents in inpatients still exists some unreasonable problems in our hospital,it is neccesarry to further strengthen the management of rational use of the antibacterial agents.
