合理用药系统联合规则设计系统的应用效果评价

Evaluation of effect of rational drug using system combined with rules design system

目的提高临床用药的合理性,降低不合理用药的比例。方法利用合理用药检测系统,通过对药品自定义规则的编制,设定不同等级的警示信息,在临床医师保存医嘱时进行实时审核,并提供正确的药品使用方法。结果该软件使用前后比较,门急诊处方的差错从2012年10月发生269次下降到2013年8月的12次,下降率为95.5%;门急诊抗菌药物处方不合格率从2013年1月的4.01%下降到2013年8月的1.51%;静脉药物配置中心的不合理医嘱从每月486件(2012年10月)下降到58件(2013年10月)。结论该软件系统能很好地提高门急诊处方质量,降低不合理医嘱,值得在医院内部推广。

AIM To improve clinical rational drug using,and reduce the rate of irrational drug using.METHODS The monitoring system for rational drug using was utilized,and the drugs' rules were made,then the different levels warning information was set. When clinicians saved the prescriptions,the system could automatically check. If the prescriptions were wrong,it could provide the corrected drug using. RESULTS Compared with the prior use of the software system,outpatient prescriptions' errors dropped from 269 in October 2012 to 12 in August2013,the decreasing rate was 95. 5%. The rate of unqualified antibacterial prescriptions of outpatient and emergency departments dropped from 4. 01% in 2013 Jaunary to 1. 51% in August 2013. The irrational medical orders were dropped from 486 in October 2012 to 58 in October 2013 in PIVAS. CONCLUSION The software system can improve the quality of prescriptions in outpatient and emergency departments,and reduce the rate of irrational medical orders,and it is worthy of promotion in the hospitals.
