摘要
为了满足兰州重离子加速器冷却储存环 6× 10 - 9Pa的真空度要求 ,必须建立温度在 2 0 0~ 30 0℃、控制良好的在线烘烤系统。主要从热电偶、加热器及绝热套 ;功率计算及分布 ;烘烤控制 ;样机测试结果等几个方面介绍兰州重离子加速器冷却储存环 (HIRFL- CSR)超高真空烘烤系统。
In order to meet the needs of the beam storage time in HIRFLCSR (Cooling Storage Ring of Heavy Ion Research Facility, LANZHOU), the average vacuum degree in this system must be better than 6×109Pa, so the system should be baked to 200~300℃ on the line and be well controlled. In this paper, the thermal insulator and heater jackets, the thermal calculation, the bakingout control and the test results are introduced.
