摘要
介绍用电熔镁砂制作4.5t真空感应炉坩锅,重点介绍使用电熔镁砂的粒度配比及相应的烘炉、洗炉工艺。实践证明,不仅可以大幅度降低成本,而且炉龄稳定,容易清除粘附在坩埚壁上的渣子。
This paper introduces how to make crucibles for 4.5t vacuum induction remelting furnace by using electric magnesium sand, and mainly demonstrates the mixing proportion of the magnesium sand and the relevant technique of firing and cleaning the furnace. Practice proves their uses can not only reduce costs greatly but also stabilize furnace life and remove the slag adhering to walls of crucibles with ease.
