摘要
目的 检测正常腮腺、PA和CPA中cyclinD1和p16的表达情况及其表达间的相关性。 方法 免疫组化S -P法检测cyclinD1和 p16的表达。 结果 cyclinD1在PA和CPA中的表达率为 5 6 .8%和 78.6 % ;p16在PA和CPA中的表达率分别为 6 5 %和 2 8.6 %。在多数病例 ( 34/ 5 1)中cyclinD1和 p16呈相反表达 ,关联系数r =- 0 .372。结论 cyclinD1与p16表达呈负相关 ,由它们异常所致细胞周期调控“pRb”通路的异常 ,在腮腺CPA的发生中可能具有一定的作用。
ObjectiveTo study the protein expressions of cyclin D1 and p16 in normal parotid, PA and CPA;and to analyse the correlation between their protein expressions.MethodsThe immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of cyclin D1 and p16.ResultsThe positive rates of cyclin D1 and p16 were 56.8%,65% in PA; 78.6%, 28.6% in CPA.In most cases,the expressions of cyclin D1 and p16 were reverse, the correlation rate was - 0.372. ConclusionThere is a negative correlation between the expression of cyclin D1 and p16, which may cause the abnormality of 'pRb' pathway of parotid, and play a role in the carcinogenesis of CPA in the parotid gland.
