摘要 目的:利用计算机重建技术模拟面神经隐窝入路手术三维解剖。方法:取新鲜颞骨标本块,不脱钙聚合物包埋,骨切片机连续薄切片,经扫描、图像处理、精确对位后,提取颞骨内各结构轮廓,重建三维图像。结果:重建图像细致精确,较完整地反映了面神经隐窝手术解剖。结论:面神经隐窝手术解剖的三维模拟能提供颞骨结构立体图像,直观反映各结构之间复杂的空间毗邻关系,可用于手术设计和手术前训练。 Objective:To simulate the surgical anatomy of the facial recess approach by means of the three dimensional (3D) reconstruction technique.Methods:A temporal bone block was extracted from a fresh cadaver,undecaleified and polymer- embedded . The specimen was sectioned into serial 50 microns sections using a heavy - duty sliding microtome. After image processing and precise registration work, the contours of all the structures in the temporal bone were outlined and precisely reconstructed. Results: The reconstructed 3D images were meticulous and precise. The surgical anatomy of the facial recess approach was perfectly displayed . Conclusion: The 3D anatomical simulation of the facial recess approach can display complicated adjacent relationships of various structures of the temporal bone and can be used in surgical design and training.
