摘要
目的 :了解胶原合成代谢的标志物血清Ⅰ、Ⅲ型前胶原末端肽 (PCI、PCⅢ )在高血压患者颈动脉血管重构中的意义。方法 :采用放免法测定 33例无心肌肥厚的高血压患者及 2 8例正常对照组血清中PCI、PCⅢ的浓度 :用超声检测颈总动脉血管内膜中层厚度 (IMT)和颈总动脉内径 (LD)。结果 :高血压组颈总动脉IMT较正常对照组明显增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但其LD和IMT/LD无明显差异 ;高血压组PCⅠ、PCⅢ和PCⅠ /PCⅢ较正常对照组明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,其PCⅠ与INT呈正相关关系 (r=0 .385 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,PCⅠ /PCⅢ与IMT虽呈正相关关系但无统计学意义 (r =0 .32 5 ,P =- 0 .0 6 5 ) ,PCⅢ与IMT的相关性不明显 (r =- 0 .12 4 ,P >0 .1)。结论 :血清PCI能反映高血压时患者颈总动脉血管IMT的变化 ,从而达到评价高血压血管胶原重构的目的。
Objective:To investigate the change of serum concentrations of procollagen type Ⅰ and Ⅲ in essential hypertensive patients and its significance in carotid artery vascular remodeling. Methods:33 essential hypertensive patients(without left ventricular hypertrophy) and 28 normotensive control subjects were enrolled. The serum concentrations of procollagen type Ⅰ(PCⅠ) and procollagen type Ⅲ( PC Ⅲ) were measured by specific radioimmunoassays; Ultrasound were adopted to determine IMT and LD of carotid artery vascular.Results:The IMT of carotid artery vascular in hypertension were significantly higher than the subjects of normotensive control, but the LD and the IMT/LD were no significantly. Baseline serum PC Ⅰ, PC IH and the ratio of PC Ⅰ / Ⅲ were increased in hypertensive patiems. The correlation between PC Ⅰ with IMT was positive(r=0.385, P <0.05), PC Ⅲ and the ratio of PC Ⅰ /Ⅲ with IMT were no significantly correlation in the hypertensive patiems.Conclusion:The serum concentration of PC Ⅰ can indicate the significance of the carotid artery vascular collagen remodeling in essential hypertensive patients.
