心肺复苏过程中血管活性物质水平与预后关系的实验研究

Experimental Study on Relationship between Vasoactive Substances and Prognosis in the Process of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

目的 :观察心肺复苏时体内血管活性物质的水平及其与预后的关系。方法 :采用放射免疫法检测烫伤鼠在心跳骤停即刻及复苏失败后和复苏成功后及 2h后血栓素B2 (TXB2 )、6 酮 前列腺素F1α( 6KF)、血浆内皮素 (ET)、心钠素 (ANP)的含量。结果 :实验组TXB2 、6KF、ET、ANP均高于对照组。ET和ANP含量呈正相关。实验组未能长期存活。结论 :心肺复苏时体内高水平TXB2 、ET。

Objective: To investigate the relationship between blood vasoactive polypeptides levels and the prognosis in the process of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods: Plasma concentration of Thromboxane B 2 (TXB 2), 6-keto-PGF1α (6KF), endothelin (ET), atrial natriuretic polypeptide (ANP) of rats with severe burns were determined by immunoradiometric assay at the time of heart arrest, failure in resuscitation, success in resuscitation and 2 hours after resuscitation. Results: The TXB 2, 6KF, ET,ANP concentrations in experimental group were higher than that in the control group. ET and ANP showed positive correlation. Rats in the experimental group can't achieve long survival. Conclusion: High blood levels of TXB 2, ET, ANP during the process of cardiopulmonary resuscitation informs unfavorable prognosis.
