摘要
目的 分析血清中可溶性内皮细胞 白细胞粘附分子 (sELAM 1)含量变化与过敏性皮肤病发病的关系。方法 采用ELISA双抗体夹心法测定 2 2例荨麻疹患者 ,14例接触性皮炎患者及 36例湿疹患者血清中sELAM 1含量。结果 (1)荨麻疹患者血清中sELAM 1含量与正常对照组相差不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;(2 )接触性皮炎患者血清中sELAM 1水平高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;(3)湿疹患者血清中sELAM 1水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。皮损炎症程度重者及皮损面积大者明显高于皮损炎症程度轻者皮损面积小者 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 接触性皮炎及湿疹患者血清sELAM 1水平升高与疾病皮损炎症发生与发展有关 。
Objective To study the relationship between the soluble endothelial leukocyte adhesion molecules (sELAM 1) in serum and allergic skin diseases.Methods Double antibody sandwith ELISA was used to study the serum level of sELAM 1 in 22 cases of urticaria, 14 cases of contact dermatitis and 36 cases of eczema. Results The results showed that:(1)No statistical differences in the serum level of sELAM 1were observed between the patients with urticaria and the controls(P<0.05).(2)The serum level of sELAM 1 in patients with contact dermatitis was significantily higher than that in the controls(PP<0.05).③The serum level of sELAM 1 in patients with eczema was significantily higher than that in the controls(P<0.01),The serum levels of sELAM 1 in patients with severe lesional inflammation and large lesional area were significantily higher than those with light lesional inflammation and small lesional area. Conclusion These results indicated that the raise of sELAM 1 in serum was closely related to the severity of lesional inflammation and the lesional area in eczema and may be helpful in occuring and developing for lesional inflammation of allergic skin diseases.
