利用配合力和SSR标记对热带和温带玉米自交系进行杂种优势群划分 被引量:27

摘要 本研究用代表我国温带玉米主要杂种优势群的 4个标准测验种 (B73、丹 340、Mo17和黄早四 )和来自 5个热带的玉米群体Suwan 1、Pop2 1、Pop32、Pop2 8及Antigua种族的 2 5个典型自交系 ,采用NC Ⅱ设计得到 10 0个杂交组合 ,将这些组合种植在云南省景洪、德宏、保山三种不同生态条件下进行观察鉴定 ,再根据产量进行配合力分析 ,并结合SSR分子标记进行杂种优势群划分。结果将供试自交系划分为 4个类群 ,第一群包括丹 340和黄早四 ,属国内玉米种质类群 ;第二类群包括Mo17和来自Antigua种质的M9,属Lancaster种质类群 ;第三类群包括B73,属Reid种质类群 ;第四大类群包括除M 9以外的 2 4个热带自交系 ,属于热带玉米种质。第四类群又可分为A和B两个杂种优势群 ,其中A群属于马齿型的Tuxpeno种质 ,可再分为亚群 1和亚群 2 ,其中亚群 1包括除M 15以外的Pop 2 1的 4个自交系 ;亚群 2包括M 15和M17两个自交系 ;B群是硬粒型种质 ,可再分为 4个亚群 ,其中亚群1属于Suwan 1种质 ,包括自交系M1、M 2、M 3和M5 ;亚群 2属于黄色硬粒型的Antigua种质 ,包括自交系M 6、M 7、M8、M10和来自Suwan1的M 4;亚群 3基本属于硬粒型的ETO种质 ,包括来自Pop32的M 16、M 18、M 19和来自Pop2 8的M 2 2、M 2 4;亚群 4基本属于Antigua种质 ,? In this study,maize (Zea mays L.) germplasm resources including 4 temperate key inbreds (B73,Dan340,Mo17 and Huangzao 4) representing 4 heterotic groups used dominantly in China,and 25 typical tropical,subtropical inbreds extracted from 5 main tropical populations and land races (Suwan 1,POP 21,POP 32,POP 28 and Antigua) were used to classify heterotic groups by analyzing of combining ability and simple sequence repeats (SSRs) markers.These 29 inbreds were used to make up 100 crosses with NC-Ⅱ design and were tested in three different environments (Jinghong,Dehong,Baoshan) in Yunnan Province.The 29 inbreds were classified into 4 group:the first groups was Chinese inbred group,including the Dan 340 and Huangzao 4;the second group was Lancaster group,including Mo17,a tropical inbred and M9,extracted from land race Antigua;the third group was Reid group,including B73;the fourth group was tropical inbred group,including 2 heterotic groups;Group A was sub-divided into 2 sub-groups.4 inbreds of POP21 (Tuxpeno) except inbred M15 were classified into sub-group 1;inbreds M15 and M17 were classified into sub-group 2.Then group B was sub-divided into 4 sub-groups.The 4 inbreds of Suwan 1 except inbred M14 were classified into sub-group 1;inbreds M6,M7,M8,M10 of land race Antigua and M4 were classified into sub-group 2;inbreds M16,M18,M19 of POP32 (ETO) and inbreds M22,M24 of POP28 were classified into sub-group 3;inbred M20 of POP32 (ETO) and inbreds M21,M23,M25 of POP28 were classified into sub-group 4.The results agreed with the available pedigree data.
