摘要
为构建作图群体 ,利用 32个SSR标记对 7份抗穗发芽小麦材料和 3份感穗发芽小麦材料进行亲本选择。在有扩增产物的 2 4个SSR标记位点中 ,75 %的位点具有多态性。聚类分析表明 ,除SK2外的其余 6份抗穗发芽小麦材料间的遗传相似性较高。选择了SK2×SFY2、CANK×SFY3、AUSK×SFY3 3组合构建群体。
To selected parents in constructing mapping population,32 SSR markers were used to analyze 10 wheat cultivars,which included 7 pre-harvests sprouting resistant cultivars and 3 pre-harvest sprouting cultivars.The results showed 75?% polymorphism were tested.The cluster analysis indicated that there was highly genetic similarity among the pre-harvest sprouting resistant wheat cultivars except SK2.Three cross,SK2×SFY2,CANK×SFY3,AUSK×SFY3,were selected to construct genetic map.
