不同茶树品种组培快繁技术研究

Study on rapid propagation technology of tissue culture for various teas

为探索茶树组织培养快速繁殖的整个技术体系 ,本研究以不同茶树品种的腋芽为接种外植体 ,通过多种培养基配方的筛选 ,得出适宜各参试品种的培养基为 1/2MS +BA2 +IAA1 5 +CH5 0 0。用此培养基培养 10d后茶树腋芽尖就膨大 ,7～ 8周后诱导出芽且部分出现丛芽。在增殖阶段 ,不添加任何生长素而用MS +BA2就可达到增殖 ,平均 45d ,增殖倍数为 3 2 1.

Using the axillary's buds of the various tea as explants,the induction and propagation of adventitious buds was conducted.The results showed that among several mediums,the 1/?2MS medium adding 2ppm BA,1.5ppm IAA and 500ppm CH as the primary medium was useful for the testing variety.The MS medium adding 2ppm BA could be used as to the subculture medium,and the increasing coefficient in 45 day was 3.21.
