摘要
利用金相显微镜及扫描电镜,对铝合金上等离子喷涂的Ni、Ni/Al、Ni/Cr/Al、NiCrAlCoY TiAl3和NiCrAlCoY AlNi涂层的界面进行热震前后表面形貌、热震后铝断口面及热震后热障层断口面SEM观测和分析。并对其结合机理做了探讨。
Studies were made by metallographic microscopy and scanning electronic microscopy of the layers of Ni,Ni/Al,Ni/Cr/Al,NiCrAlCoYTiAl3 and NiCrAlCoYAlNi coated by plasma spraying on aluminum alloys.They include the porphology before and after heat shock,fracture surface of the aluminum alloys and the fracture surface of the heat barrier layer.The bonding mechanisms between the above mentioned materials were discussed in detail.
