摘要
采用Gleeble 1500热模拟实验机,测定了4种铜合金材料在热态下的流动应力,分析了应变速率、变形程度及变形温度对流动应力的影响规律。通过分析,提出了拟合精度较高的流动应力的数学模型,并给出回归系数值。
The flowing stress curves of four copper alloys were experimentally determined at high temperatures with a Gleeble1500 simulator at a constant speed with the effects of deforming temperatutes,deforming speed and deforming degree analysed.Through the analysis,a mathematical model with high fitting acuracy was proposed.
