中学新教师专业发展路径探析

摘要 教师专业发展的研究从理论到实践已经走向成熟。本文在文献研究法的基础上拟丰富实践研究的内容,以完善我国中学新教师专业发展路径。主要研究内容包括介绍国外学校在新教师发展上的成功经验,提出了建立入职指导培训机制、建立"新教师圈"等可行性建议等。
