我国汽车服务业人才流失问题及对策研究——以上海阑途信息技术有限公司为例

摘要 本文从目前我国汽车服务业人员流失的现状入手,以上海阑途信息技术有限公司为例分析汽车服务业人才流失的主要原因,探求解决策略,对于其它汽车服务企业完善管理制度,协调员工关系,增强人才流失预警提供参考。
