首先阐述了安全生产工作长效机制的内涵、功能与特征。通过分析近年来全国安全生产的形势,提出了构建安全生产长效机制必须要解决的问题,并阐述了构建安全生产长效机制的主要内容。最后,对南昌市在构建安全生产长效机制的实践和取得的效果进行了介绍。

At first,this paper expounds the connotation of the long-term effective mechanism for work safety in production,function and characteristics. Then,by analyzing the situation of nationwide safety production in recent years,put forward to build long-term effective mechanism of safe production must be the problem to be solved,and expounds the main content of building long-term effective mechanism of safety in production. Finally,the article of nanchang in building a long-term effective mechanism of safety in production practice and effect of these measures are introduced.
