摘要
对近年来发生的200多起管道燃爆事故进行了统计分析,初步掌握了管道燃爆事故的易发时间、类型、传输介质和事故原因,重点分析了山东青岛"11·22"事故暴露出的主要问题,总结了石化企业安全生产管理与现行制度、监管、技术等之间存在的不适应,阐述了改进建议和措施。
More than 200 pipeline explosion accidents occurring recently were analyzed,and the prone time,type,materials and causes of these accidents were summarized in this paper. The latest investigation results about the 11.22 disaster,occurring on Nov. 22 th in Qingdao,China,were introduced,and the introspection about the existing defect focusing on the management hierarchy and corresponding obligation as well as competency was shared.
