煤矿生产新特点及安全培训方法探讨

Discussion on new characteristics of coal production and safety training method

针对煤矿生产中出现的诸如采用新工艺和技术现代化、从业人员结构年轻化、学历普遍提高、从业人员复杂和向深部开采的新特点以及目前我国煤矿安全培训存在的问题,分析影响煤矿安全培训的因素,进而提出了建立煤矿高效安全培训体系的七项措施和实施的保障措施,为煤矿安全生产提供有益的指导和借鉴。

According to several new characteristics in coal production,such as the modernization of process and technology,structure rejuvenation of employee,improvement of education background,complication of employee composition,and deeper mining et al.,and the problems in safety training of coal mine,the factors influencing safety training were analyzed,and seven measures to improve coal mine safety training and the supporting measures for implementation in new situation were proposed,which can provide helpful instruction and reference for work safety in coal mine.
