在世界政治、经济格局不断变化以及国际油价不断飙升、HSSE要求日益严格的形势下,国际石油市场的格局发生了新变化,一体化经营战略已经成为大多数国际大石油公司发展的一种趋势。东方地球物理公司(简称BGP)作为中石油走出国门的先锋队,紧跟时代潮流,积极实施自身的国际业务一体化HSSE发展战略。阐述了BGP一体化发展战略的涵义,在总结国际业务一体化HSSE管理实践中存在的不足及应对措施的基础上,对BGP国际业务一体化发展现状进行了分析,提出了对国际业务一体化HSSE发展策略的几点思考。

In the circumstance of world political and economic pattern changing,international oil prices soaring and increasingly stringent requirement on HSSE management,some new changes has been taken place in the pattern of international petroleum market,and the integration strategy has become a kind of development trend for the most big international oil companies. BGP,as a pioneer of going abroad of CNPC,keeping up with the trend of the times,actively implement HSSE integration management along with the business integration development strategy.The meaning of BGP integration development strategy is introduced,then the current situation and problems of BGP international business integration development are analyzed,and some views on HSSE integration management in international integration business are put forward. Finally,it is hoped that suggestions mentioned in this paper can give some ideas and experience to brother units of CNPC about HSSE integration management in the process of international business integration development.
