海外HSE管理的几点思考

全球化给中国的企业走出国门创造了机会,越来越多中国企业在国际竞争舞台引起广泛关注,资金、技术、人才优势已逐渐成为了中资企业的代名词,国际化的合作中HSE管理的优劣已经成为企业市场拓展的先决条件,其能否适应市场的发展需求,管理能否与国际接轨已是众多企业的发展方向。大部分的企业都经历过HSE管理引进、学习、消化、吸收、形成自身特色的管理体系的过程,但在实际运行过程中仍然存在多方面的问题。为进一步促进企业HSE管理水平的提升,提高企业的市场竞争实力,针对海外HSE管理中面临的问题提出了几点建议供海外作业的企业借鉴。

With development of globalization,more and more Chinese enterprises cause wide public concern in the international competition,and gradually become famous for their advantages of capital,technology and talents.HSE management play a very important role in global market expanding,therefore,it must meet the requirement of market development and catch international standards. Actually,most of companies have experienced the development process of HSE management system,including introduce,learning,digestion,absorption,and forming system with their own characteristics,however,many problems still exist in the process of actual operation. In order to further improve HSE management system and enhance market competition for enterprises,some advices are proposed for oversea projects to deal with problems in HSE management system.
