中亚乌塔吉三国社会安全风险分析与应对策略——基于中亚管道D线工程项目视角

Analysis and strategy study of social security risks in Uzbekistan,Tajikistan and Kyrghyzstan——Case study on the Central Asia gas pipeline D

通过介绍中亚乌塔吉三国的社会安全形势,从中亚管道D线工程项目视角对社会安全风险进行了初步评估,并从推动安保责任归位、社会安全组织机构与管理体系、构建信息机制、加大专项投入、本土化、国际化和社区关系等方面提出了跨国工程项目社会安全管理应对策略。

Based on social security situation analysis on Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrghyzstan, a preliminary e-valuation about security risk in these countries has been made from the perspective of the Central Asia Gas Pipeline D and strategies of social security management of multinational projects have also been proposed with regard to secu-rity responsibilities division, social security organizations and management systems, information mechanism estab-lishment, expenses investment increase, localization, globalization and community relations.
