Safety training practices based on risk identification and management

对石油石化行业而言,风险管理的核心就是安全风险管理。安全风险管理的前提是风险识别。基于岗位风险识别群体的感知风险,和通过组织安全数据库识别的"现实的风险"揭示,是风险识别的有效途径。组织安全风险识别是科学识别培训需求的重要途径,从而实现培训有效管理和安全文化提升。

In petroleum industry, the core business of risk management is safety risk management which takes risk identification as the precondition.Two effective ways for risk identification are discussed: group risk perception based on work position risk analysis combing with organization's safety culture assessment, and the other, exposure of realistic risk identified through organization's safety database.Identified organization's safety risks provide impor-tant inputs for safety training planning, which contributes to the training management and safety culture promotion.
