Study on soical security risk of multinational oil and gas pipelines

中国已经搭成陆路油气运输架构,即分别从我国西北、西南、东北和北部四个方向引入境外油气资源,为国家能源的安全运输提供重要的途径。随着能源运输过程中跨国油气管道的重要性日益凸显,保障跨国油气管道的安全尤为重要。以中亚天然气管道为例,对其面临的社会安全风险和相应的风险管控措施进行讨论。

China had built a lan d oil and gas transportation system to import overseas oil and gas resources, respec-tively from the four directions, i.e.north, northwest, southwest and northeast of china, which plays a significant role in the national energy transportation security.The security of multinational oil and gas pipeline is more and more important as their significance growing in the energy transportation day by day.Based on the specific case study of trans-Asia gas pipeline, the security risks and its corresponding control measures will be discussed in this paper.
