The psychology situation of the staff not only determine his health and emotion, but also influence fami-ly, corporation's reputation and HSE performance.Based on the experience in Iraq, the impact factors and causes of psychology of the Chinese staff in Iraq are analyzed, and then, the measures to deal with and prevent the prob-lem are proposed.
