摘要
海外项目的社会安全环境复杂,文章通过对海外项目所处的自然环境、社会环境、内部人文环境和局势进行简要分析,识别当前海外项目所面临的社会安全风险,提出完善组织机构,加强安保制度和责任制的落实,加大培训力度,拓宽安保信息获取渠道,加大资金投入,完善应急预案等风险控制措施。
Social security situation for oversea projects is very complicated.Based on brief investigation to natural, social and human environment of oversea projects, security risks faced by current oversea projects are identified. And then, several measures to control risk are proposed, such as improving the organization, strengthening the se-curity system, increasing training intensity, expanding security information channel, enhancing investment and im-proving emergency response plan.
