海外项目员工心理状态影响因素的识别及对策分析

The affecting factors identification and countermeasure analysis of overseas projects staff psychological states

中国企业承接国际项目的数量与日俱增,然而海外项目中中国员工的心理问题也随着项目数量的增多而逐渐暴露出来。从自然因素和社会因素两大角度识别影响海外项目中员工心理状态的重要因素。基于对影响因素的识别和分析,提出了为避免海外项目员工出现心理问题采取的相应对策。

With increase of international projects undertaken by Chinese companies, psychological problems of Chi-nese employees from overseas projects are gradually exposed.The main factors that affect psychological states of Chinese employees in overseas projects are identified from both natural and social perspectives.Based on the identi-fication and analysis of the affecting factors, some corresponding countermeasures are raised to avoid psychological problems of Chinese employees from overseas projects.
